Returns
Thank you for purchasing the FlexBeater! A new technology for the Bass Drum. It's our number one priority for you to be satisfied with your purchase. After all money doesn't grow on trees so here is my offer.
Try The FlexBeater out and if you arent satisfied return the FleaBeater with in 30 days for a full refund. All you need to do is pay for shipping. Please contact me directly if you purchased your FlexBeater from one of our retailers as only purchases made directly through our website dynamicbeaters.com are allowed returns with in 30 days and may not be covered by warranty for defects. rich@dynamicbeaters.com.
Once the refund is posted it may take a few days to show up on your account, , please contact us at rich@dynamicbeaters.com if you run into any problems. We will send the refund once we have the FlexBeater in hand and it hasn't been misused.
All Sales are in US currency only and are not dependent on exchange rates. Foreign refunds will be honored in US currency. All exchange rates are the responsibility of the buyer.
FlexBeater Guarantee
You may opt to exchange your flexbeater for a similar product 1 year from purchase if damaged from normal use. Simply send an email to rich@dynamicbeaters.com, That's just so we can be on the lookout for your Beater, then mail your defective beater to 19 Kylemore Drive WESTFORD Massachusetts US 01886. You just pay for shipping to and from us.
Please note: Normal use incudes making sure the rubber doesn't make contact with the head. Do not remove the shoulder or the warranty is null and void. The shoulder protects the rubber coupler from making contact with the drumhead as doing so will damage the beater and void your warranty. Do not remove or change the beater head. Doing so can damage the rubber and will void your warranty. Do not carry the bass drum pedal by the FlexBeater. Its best to remove the FlexBeater from the pedal after each use and store in your stick bag.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We are not responsible for the shipping carriers misuse or loss of your package.
